the breakfast room had lot of space. it was buffet style and very complete, i was very happy. if i needed any drinks or snacks, there was an area in the lobby where i could get them. the staff were friendly at welcome.
the shower tray was very slippery, a mat should be available. there was no kettle in the room even though there was tea and coffee. i was offered a voucher if i didnt want my room cleaned but i didnt get it.

The hotel is near the train station. It made it easy to access other parts of the area. The staff were polite and efficient. I appreciated their help.

convenient showernumerous options
the room included a shower I found that super convenient the continental breakfast had many options I really liked it. the location is close to the metro lines I reached the city center quickly the check-out time was noon I appreciated the flexibility it gave me.
the air conditioning didn't work well the room stayed pretty warm

The location is REALLY convenient for attending events at the arena. Breakfast offered a lovely spread with MANY choices, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was helpful and pleasant. They enhanced the experience. I appreciated the flexible check-out time.
I noticed the absence of a toilet brush in the bathroom. This made maintaining cleanliness a bit difficult. It would be a valuable addition.
